Ça serait une pièce de Théodore 1 er de l'empire byzantin.

Elle mesure 30 mm pour 3.5 gramme en billion je dirais.

Il s'agit d'une émission de l'usurpateur byzantin Isaac I Comnène, probablement frappé à Nicosie (Chypre) entre 1187 et 1191.

I haven't found a coin matching Isaac, and it write ΘEOΔΩΡOC on your coin which means Theodore in Greek!
