Help in identifying a Greek coin.

The coin is in pretty bad shape, but here goes. It is 17mm in diameter, and weighs 5.19g of bronze. The concave side features a running wild boar, I think, as it has a bristly back. Below, I can make out the letters lambda, omicron and possibly N. Above are M and 0. The rest is covered with hard gunge. I have no idea what is on the convex side, - possibly a figure, possibly an animal of some sort.
