10 Pfennige 1905 A - lamination error?

Hello everyone,

does this coin feature a lamination error? Or is it something else that makes the coin look this…odd. The part impacted by the presumed error is lower than the field of the coin. The reverse is remains fully intact. The coin weights a little bit less than it should - 3.8g. But the diameter is correct being 21mm.

Here are the photos:

Thanks a lot!

Wow, yes, looks to me like a big delamination.  Not sure what happened near the end of the date, but the rest all looks good (i.e. poor definition of the devices “beneath” etc.)

Delamination probably was at the blank level and was struck that way. Part of the delam was still attached loosely at the date and got smashed onto the coin during striking.
