Probably a lost cause 2.5g 19mm x 1mm. No visible lettering. Reverse resembles a Philip II of Macedon with a horse and rider. Weight and thickness is less than half though. Profile on reverse almost looks like a Seleucid. Could it be an extremely worn Philip II or possibly some other Greek?
