So there's no error letters not form good the 1 isn't accurate the building doesn't have the circles the cross not form god the ears mouth u tell me

The blue dots are some sort of after effect and not related to the mint. Actually they look like they were applied to picture rather than the coin. Anything else can be attributed to coin wear. Notice how the coin on the left is missing some of the circles. Eventually with more wear they will all be gone and look like your coin, except for the blue dots of course.
