Identifying without reference

I have a coin that I believe aligns with this, but it’s difficult to interpret and I can’t find reference images. Any tips or alternate suggestions?

Ottoman, You have outlined in red 1203 ah, zarb fi ‘misr’ which is arabic for Egypt. What looks interesting is the other side looks incuse with legend back to front and if so it would be an error called a brockage.

The diameter is about 15 mm, while the width is nearly unmeasurable, like paper thin. It is 0.13 grams.
