Should I add this medalet/bullion to the catalogue?

Hello, I got this medalet/bullion from a bulk lot of tokens. I don't know the country, just that it has a bull and says “Bullion Mark 999”. Does it belong in the catalogue anywhere? (or does anyone know what it is really? I don't know about bullion/silver)

“Bullion Mark” looks like a mintmark.

You can add tour medal with “Shape” = “Round with a loop”. Probably silver.
