weight discrepancy [solved]

I have 2 of these coins acquired at different times in auction lots. I pretty sure they are not silver. 

On checking the weight of the coins I discovered one is 28.08g and the other is 28.54g. 

Given the weight listed on Numista is 29.4g am I right in assuming these are not genuine?

Any assistance appreciated.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's not that far off from 29.4 g and there is a question where 29.4 g cam from. Ucoin lists it as 28.7 g.
