Help needed in identifying 5 coins

Good day to you all

I am new to this hobby, although I have had these coins for quite some time. I inherited a collection of coins from my father. I believe these coins are all from Europe because my dad was born and raised in Holland, and that is where worked in the farming business in his younger days. He told me that some of them were found in the soil and may have been buried for a long time.

I would really appreciate if you help me to identify them, and if possible an identication whether they are collectable. They are numbered from 1 to 5. I don't have a proper scale for coins, so weights are approximate, measured on a kitchen scale. All of them are highly weathered/eroded (sorry if the terminology is wrong, I worked in geology all my life).

No1 may have been round, diagonally 24mm, weighs less than 2g, copper

No2 is 28.5mm, weighs 12g, copper

No3 is 25mm, copper

No4 is 27mm, 7g, copper (I suspect it is Russian)

No5 is 41mm, 21g, copper. I can't identify anything on this one, except maybe a faint crest on the bottom picture.

Thank you in advance, eagerly awaiting your response.

Thank you very much, that was quick and very helpful!

on the second page there are two with a large shield and OT lettering on lower left.

One has an eagle and the other has a griffin on the reverse. Not sure which yours has.

Thanks once again, it is quite possible that no5 is the 1 Ore from Sweden!

For a few minutes I have been making some comparison pictures

A large shield with a curved top and containing a smaller shield, all within

a circle. Plus lettering OT from GOTH on lower left. So is one of these two

N#157997 [griffin]

N#158002 [eagle]

or could be something else, but the diameter matches.

Shame not much of the other side visible. Thanks for your replies.

Looking at the picture of the other side, I figured it might be inverted,

and indeed it is - with a crown now at the top and a griffin walking left.

Shame no lettering seen, but it is the coin in the first link.

No. 4 is probably this one, but heavily beaten up, so that weight and diameter are now less.

N#2388

It's too big and heavy to be the corresponding 2 kopecks.

Thank you / Bedankt / Dankie

Hi ArnoV, thank you. I've looked and measured again. Because the shape is irregular the size varies between 25.4 and 27mm, and the weight of 7grams is not accurate because I don't have a proper scale. The size may have increased slightly because of the battering the coin has gone through. Finally, the script on the obverse agrees with the 2 Kopecks coin (see the circled script on the picture). What do you think? Thanks for your efforts.

Yep, you're completely right, 2 kopecks, I hadn't noticed that face value was written on both sides.

двѣ = pre-revolutionary spelling of the feminine form of ‘two’ (because kopeyka is feminine grammatical gender), nowadays spelled две.

👍 thanks
