Is this Comoros island coin real ?

I have got this Comoros island coin, but unable to identify if it is real. There is a picture on Numista , but it is not verified yet. No info on NGC. 

Is this a fantasy coin worth nothing ?

I think it's listed as a fantasy coin because the smallest Comoros coin in circulation is 25 Franc, which is worth USD 0.06.

I guess. when i saw it on numista, I thought it was real , then noticed it was unverified
