Hello,

I inherited these two coins from my grandparents and have not been able to identify them following a visit to a local dealer. Thus, the Subject of my new topic = “Unidentified Ancient Coins”. I live in the Portland, Oregon area and can take them another dealer based on recommendations from anyone here in the Forum.

Wondering,

E. D.

Have you tried image search? Just the picture, nothing else.

I have not, but I will now. Thank you for the referral.

Thank you for these specific examples, they're very helpful and narrowed down the results I was not able to diffentiate between.

Is there a market for these?

Yes of course, but it is not worth a fortune, they are in very good condition, here in Europe, around 90/100 euros per coin,

Understood, thank you.
