Getting into some sort of swing of things here, I can see the work that goes into making new listings, gathering info and creating images etc.
If one has a better picture for a listing, is it kosher to just suggest your own without offending the work of the original up-loader?
I've got great Cameo Proof pictures for a listing that has a normal-issue photos shown.
Maybe I'm over-thinking it, but work invested is work invested.
Thanks in advance.

Generally you don't mind about that. A better picture is a better picture.
Also, if it is a Numista copyright picture you can't replace it. It is a little silly when the coin you have is in a better grade but there you go.

I've managed to replace Numista images before, such as here:

That is kinda common sense though.

Generally if I find a coin that's worn I'll upload it if there is no picture because anything is better than nothing isn't it !
But yes, any opportunity you get put a better picture up !

Thanks guys. Just uploaded 'em.
We just got a Cameo Proof of a Swiss 20 CHF Globi commemorative. It's interesting that with so much mirror-finish ya gotta take the photo dead on, otherwise background stuff gets reflected into the final image (lighting, etc). A tad Photoshop to edit out the dust artifacts and poof.
Here's the link:

Thanks.
