Unknown coin, probably from india

I have been trying to identify this coin for a while now. 

It has a diameter of approx. 17-18 cm, a thickness of approx. 5 cm and is between 11 and 12 g.

It is most likely from India as it was in a box with Indian coins however it may be from neighbouring areas as well.

The date seems to be AH936.
