HK 2 dollar 2013 Multi errors I.D.

Hello everyone. I am reposting this coin hopefully just to get a proper identity. None commented last Feb. 2025. 
i used “ multi “  term because almost all  details showed errors. i have to make a grid for the spots to be clear somehow.
