Clearly a replica, with this surface full of small holes indicating a cast coin.
As to what it is imitating, I think it is a replica of an Alexander the Great coin.
Can't distinguish the figure at the 1st photo, but on 2nd photo I can see Zeus seated and the greek word ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ at his side.
