Mint Number Query [solved]

5 Pounds - Queen Elizabeth II (80th Birthday) - United Kingdom – Numista

Was going to add the weights etc and noticed the numbers minted is not tallying up. 

The one I have is still in its official London Mint Card and states it was minted on the day of her birthday or is this an additional to the other quantity minted which might not have been minted on that day?

Not sure if to change the quantity minted or if an additional line is required?

Added additional information and altered the mintage am sure somebody will point out to me if its wrong when it comes to approval or denial of alterations
