Need assistance in identifying coin

5 posts • viewed 75 times

Newbie here - could anyone please tell me what this coin is? One side is exactly like a ½ Thaler from Regensburg. The other side is a scene from the Christmas holidays, with a candle on a pine bough with cones, and a hanging ornament appearing to the left.

Is this an actual coin or a token?

Many thanks to all.

one side…
…and the other

Frohe Weihnachten = Merry Christmas

I just about managed to be able to read that from your out of focus images, which really doesnt help anyone trying to help you identify it. But having said that, the fact that it says „Merry Christmas“ on one side means it isn’t a coin. Saying anything else depends on better images.
