Help me identify this coin please, face value is 1. [solved]

Please help me, i tried so hard finding something, but nothing.

Something about the coin:

-face value 1

-its rounded

-bronz, or broze mixed w something

-wide: 1mm

-long (idk what to call this, i measured it end to end): 23mm

-weight: 3g

-the text looks like azbuka, but it doesn't at the same time. Idk how much letters are there, but I think maybe seven, I read “*rh****” or “*nh****”. The first letter just looks like “ц” so it could be “ц*н*…”

We found it in Czech republic, south-bohemian region, near Lipno, in a village called “Muckov”, it belonged to germany and it was called “Muckern” i think.

These are the best pictures I could take.

Thank you for helping me<3 and have a great day :D
