What is the rarity of this
Hi Edward,
Have you found the item you mention in the Numista catalogue? If so, please add the link in your next message.
If not in the catalogue, please supply clear photos of both sides of the coin/token/medal so that folk here know what you are talking about.
Thanks
Simon
Hello I can't bid or add to my collection. I dont understand the prices .I need to know the equivalent price in America.
This is the Numista page for your token, as you already know. N#153568 What is your question? Not many Numista members more interested in coins or banknotes collect tokens of this type so they may be “rare” among Numista members but that doesn't necessarily equate to high value.
Ok thank you . I was just wondering.
This should give you an idea of value: https://www.ebay.com/itm/315138895961

Agreed !!!
I've collected tokens and medals for as long as I've collected coins and love to find them in a bag or box of assorted British or foreign coins when I visit car boot fairs, antique shops or charity shops across Kent and Sussex, SE England. However, I wouldn't pay vast sums of money for them. The last mixed box/bag I found cost me around £6. That included around 125 mixed, normal circulation, British and foreign coins and two complete cards of aluminium Shell ‘Historic Cars’ medals (see below), which were issued in the 1970s and given away as promotional items in petrol stations.

Your token is probably some sort of gaming or service token given away, or maybe even purchased, in a camp site or games arcade and used in one of the onsite machines. In comparison to my recent find, your solitary token is maybe worth only a few pennies (that's if you can find someone who will buy it - good luck).
Sorry to disappoint.
