How to delete a duplicate post

You can't. The Forum moderators can. I usually just edit the post and delete the words to make it a blank post. Sometimes the mods delete it, sometimes not. No big deal.

The page says “Report an inappropriate message” but you can use for to help to moderator:

• move any topic to other forum (the current forum is inappropriate),
• delete your topic posted by error (it is inappropriate because of is duplicate, or it is an error),

If that's the case then why wouldn't it say that?  Is that the same for this other exclamation point icon?

I would not use it for that purpose unless the wording was changed.
