The “BON 10" is clear iridescent ink. It is ink that shows up when looking at an angle. Many notes have this, but the most common colour is gold.
For the UV, post images of your note please, front and back under UV.
Be aware that these notes have two different appearances under UVA vs UVC.

N$10 appears in red under UVC:

Many of the older UV pictures in the Numista catalogue do not specify what wavelength of UV light was used. The image for this note in the catalogue was taken with a light that has at least some UVC in it, that's why the red N$10 appears. If your light is UVA then no red N$10 appears.
