afmeting 17 x 15 mm en 0.48 gram

Normally the vuurijzer is the mint mark of Namen, but I will check this.

Do you mean Philip II (1555-1598)?  I think the style of the arms (circular, filling the field) is earlier.

ik zie nu dat ook Philip the fair (1492-1506) dezelfde voorkant van de munt heeft .

According to Gelder & Hoc, the cross has 2 vuurijzers and 2 crowns.

It was made in a groot of 1.83 grams, and halve groot of about 1 gram, but not a quarter groot.  

het lijkt er wel op , alleen de 2 symbolen zijn anders  , de bovenste lijkt meer op een staande leeuw .

Het munt teken is van 1497-1520 .
