Hi all, I noticed that the 20 Heller page under Austrian Empire only Mentions Carl I, but fails to mention Franz Josef, who reigned until late 1916

When there is a change in reign, it is not so much a question of the year, but also of who authorized the coinage.  

 

Clearly the earlier 20 heller type N#2390  was authorized by Franz Joseph.  If the type you have referenced was authorized by Charles, and/or only struck after he ascended the throne, then the listing should remain as it is.

I believe I read somewhere that the change of design was linked to the change on throne.
