Different letterings ?

I have this bank note with a different lettering instead of "50 INSTITUT D’ÉMISSION DE L'AFRIQUE OCCIDENTALE FRANÇAISE ET DU TOGO 50 there is written: 50 Banque Centrale des Etats de Afrique de L´Ouest´50

I am thankful for advises.

Thank you Idolenz and Bram, it is exactly the same banknote, also same signatures, only mine is in a bad condition.

Is it worth to add it to the catalog ?

For sure. Any missing type should be added, even with pictures of a note in lesser condition.

As i am a new member of numista and not used to post, I apologise for any missing or incorrect information and hope you will be able to help  to correct those mistakes and to add more informations.

Thanks for taking the trouble to make a new page. The referee might ask if there is necessary info missing.

It is however important that we only use pictures from sources that have given permission. So if the picture you found is not from a source listed (Add an authorized source of images – Numista) , please use your own picture. In the future someone owning a better example might replace it, but for now your banknote will be on that page 🥰

Tip(s):

• Please remove the series 'H.76', that's not what that field is used for
• in the title you might want to add: ‘(without country code letters)’, the similar notes are separated in the Krause catalog by the issuing country French West African States vs. West African States but in Numista it seems they are in the same so a title comment is nice for fast differentiation
• the comment with the similar note is usually handled by adding the similar objects page in the ‘see also’ section, in this case N#220450
