1964 D Jefferson nickel mint mark

I got a beat up 1964 Jefferson nickel i was looking at under the coin microscope, and noticed the odd looking mint mark.

Not sure if this is a RPM, triple RPM, or some crazy form of damage. 🤷

Any help is appreciated

Could be a re-punch, but also I think impact damage on top of it.

Thanks, even though its a heavily circulated Jefferson nickel, I still believe im dealing with some form of a repunch though too.
