Weight of uk 2p

Please can someone explain to me why the uk 2p weighing 7.12g can also weigh 6.94g -7.22 and 7.33g

Sure. Somebody can explain it to you. It's not hard. The nominal weight is 7.12 grams. It's impossible to make billions of the same coin with exactly the same weight. That's why there is a tolerance (typically +/- 4% for modern coins) on the weight of acceptable coins. If this doesn't answer your question perhaps it is because your question is not well stated. What is it you want to know?

I wouldn't think so .. but maybe your scales are not quite correct either?

No. That's well within the weight allowable tolerance as I've already said.
