Numista site opens very erractic for me

The past week I have been noticing difficulties in the site opening on Chrome.

I save the Forum tab as a bookmark and click on it to get in. However past week, 99% of the time, it spins and spins and then does not open, and I get some pop up saying the “site is insecure” and “Numista took too long to respond”.

Is this just an overractive Antivirus programme (Trend Micro) or are you guys having some server/bot/hacking issues.

I can get to the site by typing numista as an open search though.

I will scrap the antivirus when it expires as I am on Windows 11.

I have been having similar issues this past week, in that every time I open Numista or click on a link to the catalogue from a forum post, (which opens a new Numista tab) I am having trouble loading the page and needing to solve one of the CAPTCHAs to enter. 

That's interesting as the Numista status page hasn't been showing any issues.

(I have also seen the “prove  you are human” pages for forums recently, but they haven't prevented me from entering the site.)

I use Firefox and everything works well. No problems.

Numista (as well as other Numismatic websites) seen great ammount of bots incoming in the last months and thus anti-bot rules had to be strenghtened, which sadly impacts almost everyone.
