Stainless Steel Prooflike?

Hello friends, 

 

According to the information provided on the referenced page, and as I guess, confirmed by the referees, all specimens of this coin are described as "prooflike."

 

I guess stainless steel may naturally appear shiny, this characteristic alone should not qualify a coin as "prooflike.".

I agree with you, shiny is NOT equal to “proof-like”
