PATRIA coin

Hello, I'm a newbie with zero coin knowledge, for the most part! That said, I do always do some researching before I give up and seek expert help & advice. Here’s the strangest coin I have. Wondering what it is and value,if any.

The full text appear to be “Patria y Libertad”.

In a quick search, all close matches with your coin are Cuban coins, 1 or 5 centavos.

Getting the diameter would narrow down a bit, but not much.

At this state, worn to the point of being 99% erased and destroyed, it's completely worthless.
