Hello everyone, im just terribly confused identifying what i saw. Im using a 40X -25mm magnifier but i really cant see the possible doubling or doublle die. But it showed something’s in there everytime i zoom its photo. Btw, im positive its a pattern type beacuse it weights 6.31 gm.
i hope someone could share your expertise on this matter.

thanking you all again.

What has the linked coin to do with yours?

My good Sir, my inquiry TITLE is very clear. I stated 5 rupees TRIAL STRIKE 1 ( pattern ).  I cannot understand why you asked that? I know its not a standard circulation coin. I even posted a photo showing its weight to support it being a pattern coin.

besides it about the doubling/DDE that i raised.

 Idolenz is correct.

Weight is only one factor, of others.

Did you not also see on your link it refers to a COPPER coin?

😵‍💫

Bring so concerned about the weight you ignored one line above …

 :(

‘besides it about the doubling/DDE that i raised’.

Another issue for another day - let someone else sort that out.

I have had enough.

Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins

Does it means that my specimen is not a trial strike 1 coin? But the weight is much closer than the standard circulation coin which is 6.5 grams.
sad to be true, but actually its not what i raised. its the doubling/DDE on the year 2002  that what im seeking.

but knowing the true type of my specimen coin would be much better. Thank you again.

I guess i understand  now what you mean….i falsely took my specimen as a trial strike 1 coin because only of its weight…and because   Its not copper.
the photo clearly shows its a copper nickel?
distinguishing its composition is somehow hard for me. But its okey. I know you’re the experts .

my appreciation & thanks again.

And also, i have removed my coin photo displayed on my numista profile. and i just wait if someone gets interested on  my primary concern.
