South Africa 5 Schillings - Proof or Proof Like?

Hello all!

I'm asking for input whether this S

A. 1960 5 Shillings is a Proof or Proof Like. I tried to compare  it with other similar coins, but I am unable make a final  determination. Love to hear what folks think. Thank you!

Is that a reflection of the ceiling fan?

Unfortunately, yes.

The ceiling fan reflection isn't bad.  Hard to take a picture of a mirror.  I would assume prooflike just because of the very low mintage of the Proofs but I'm really not sure.

Leaning Proof. I cannot find a single proof like example with that impressive reflection anywhere online.

I have not seen how other contemporary proofs from South Africa look like in a cursory search but it looks at least way more proof than this graded specimen (which to me looks just like a normal uncirculated strike TBH).

Just the incomplete denticles look odd for a proof which should be stamped enough times and with enough force to not have this happen.

I recently acquired this coin. I was really drawn to it and I have yet to see another S.A. 5 shillings with such a mirror quality. I also tried search online without success. I appreciate hearing your input!
