I am afraid you can't unless you know @Dinesh Acharya (presumably the owner of this note). The images on this site came from collectors all over the world. Also, there are no collectors here who can offer you this note for exchange either. Best bet is to try searching dealers that may have this note for sale. Good luck.

Is “Mohru” the Nepali name, because it clearly says “Ten Rupees” on the banknote.
