Double strike or different font?

So I came across these two ‘versions’ of the 10 centavos coin from 2000.

I'm struggling to tell whether the obverse on the left is a font variant - thus relevant for the page entry - or just a double strike.

Thanks in advance! ^^

I made wrong but I would say its a double strike, i haven't researched into the font variants but some off the letters look similar to my double strike British 10 pence coin, the words are quite puffy and without more clear photos i can't say for certain but i believe you can see some underlining where the first strike is and the coin most likely slightly shifted a very tiny bit making it very slightly visable in some places, especially the bottom letters

The Cuban convertible pesos are notorious for minor defects like this. They do have actual varieties too, but most of the visual differences like this on them are results of substandard minting quality. It is actually quite interesting that these more valuable coins are made far worse than their national pesos.
