Misplaced fantasy issuer [solved]

I was browsing the issuers page looking for one thing, and apparently found another: A fantasy issuer in the main country list, between Nigeria and Niue.

Probably related to what's discussed here.  It's not a Micronation, a Fantasy place, Ancient and early medieval polities or Modern states with limited recognition so it goes with the Countries and territories.

Fixed, it was really misplaced.

OK. Isn't it a real place or are Fantasy places really also real places that are on fantasy coins?
