Greetings, i am in possession of this coin for few years now. I'm from Slovenia and i am unsure as on how to evaluate the coin nor where or how to sell it. Any information would be much appreciated!

Most likely a manipulated coin where somebody hollowed out part of a 2 euro cent coin and inserted a 1 euro cent coin. Hard to tell from a picture of a picture. Please post new pictures of the coin.
The other side is the interesting side.
Please show near another 1 cent
Yes. The other side of the 1 Cent (maybe also from Italy, perhaps) is
split from 1.67mm to leave maybe 0.8mm thickness.
Then the 2 Cent has the back drilled out to fit the 16.25mm 1 Cent coin
in, and to a depth of that 0.8mm - then the thin coin glued in.
Like that except the rim of the 1 cent coin was probably also removed. A picture of the actual coin would help.
It's a picture of a picture on a paper page with folds and everything. Please give us images of the REAL piece of alloy. Anyway, it's a manipulated set of a 2 cent with an inserted 1 cent coin, so it has no numismatic value…..
