I was wondering if we could consider adding official coin roll information, particularly for modern coinage, to Numista pages. This would be useful for collectors who collect coins by rolls, not just individual pieces — especially for recent issues.

This section could include:

Roll Packaging Format:

Paper-wrapped, plastic-wrapped, or boxed rolls

Mint logos, inscriptions, or color-coded wrappers

Roll Size:

Number of coins per roll (e.g., 25 coins for €2, 50 coins for 1 cent)

Weight and dimensions, if officially provided

Roll Variants:

Circulation rolls vs BU/UNC or proof rolls

Special or commemorative wrappers or labeling

Images:

Official images of sealed rolls (if available)

User-submitted photos of unopened or partially opened rolls

This can later on be added as an optional field in coin collection entries, allowing users to specify that they own coins in roll format — based on the officially documented rolls. What do you think ?

Better yet, now we at last have sets on here,

it is surely a small step to have a Rolls section.

Create actual pages for coin rolls.

Also from day one make them searchable - rather than

the ridiculous current situation where Sets are not [yet] searchable.

 I can add mine
