Unknown Islamic States [Silver] #6

Hello all,

I have here what I believe to be a coin from the Islamic States and I am hopeful that this will be identifiable. 

Here are the specs:

- Silver composition confirmed

- Around 16 to 17mm in diameter

- around .5mm in thickness

- 0.73g
