Has the same size and shape like the real coin but says LE ZIE instead of lire

Probably a token the Le Zie knif brand used to put in their knife boxes.

exactly.

Lol? A knife brand makes a fake Italian lira coin? When was it published? Sounds really strange because instead of making a medal they make a fake coin of a real old currency

Nothing new - in UK the shop J Sainsbury issued this

N#25047

Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins

Hi.

This token has been also made without date:

There is a tradition/superstition/whatever that gifting a knife to someone brings bad luck. Cuts the friendsip between the two person, or something like that. To avoid that, the person who receives the knife, should give back a coin to avert that bad luck.

Zoomed onto the image of the box of the knife and the text on it say something pretty similar:

"Att fa en kniv betyder enligt gammalt skrock otut.
Därför hat vi placerat ett 200 lire mynt i asken.
Ge det myntet till personen du hat fatt kniven av, xa har du köpt den."

"According to an old joke, getting a knife means bad luck.
That's why we've placed a 200 lire coin in the box.
Give that coin to the person you got the knife from, if you bought it."
