Missing items from m collection

7 posts • viewed 187 times

Dear forum,

I have been able to work with “my collection” quite effectively for some time now. Unfortunately, no coins minted from 2023 up to now can be found anywhere in my collection. I have no idea where to find them or how to enter them. Is this still an automated process? Is there anything I have to change or start to make it happen?

I'm looking forward to a little help and thank you in advance.

Somehow you must be filtering out those coins. Some screenshots of what you're seeing will help and links to some of the coins missing.

If you don't know how to enter coins newer than 2023 you probably also don't have any coins in your collection newer then 2023. So My collection should not find anything.

Or do you mean the normal catalog search?
HERE is a search query for all German coins from 1948- today (minus some cointypes like patterns etc.).

and a link to your ‘My collection’ with all the coins from 2024-2025 (if you have any in your collection) HERE.

Hi there,

thank you for your great help and the links. My daughter is looking over my shoulder and even she does not see any filters that might block out the coins from 2024 - 25. The second link was better, but is does not show my own coins… and nothing from 2022 - 2025 from Canada that I have collected. Everything is in my list but it stops in 2022 :-(

My question: Will the missing coins be added by Numista or do I have to do it myself (and how will I do that?). In the past, I never had anything to do, all my coins just appeared in my collection. Sorry, old man and all that ;-)

Thank you all,

P.S: My screenshot shows the end of the list as I see it.

Same answer as before. Screenshots of what you're seeing so we can understand what's going on. Perhaps also open your collection so we can see it first hand.

Do you think colifax7 eventually realised that after he bought his coins, someone else was entering them into Numista for him and they hadn’t done it for a while, and he now feels a little silly?

Colifax7 if it was one of your grandchildren entering them into Numista for you, we all want to know - please don’t be ashamed as we just hope you are back enjoying the website with all of your collection available to view, and that the problem has been resolved?
