Strange duplication popped in County of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Hohenstein around 2025-06-13 3:55 UTC.

I raised one change in that region around that time. System might have registered two or three modification requests. One canceled, one pending approval and one might have failed to post.

Maybe it is just some temporary side effect. Not seeing it anymore.

Yes, when things are moved around, sorting can broke, usually these issues are fixed by overnight resorting.
