It's just a detail but I don't understand why “Canada” is mentioned twice in the title:

 

“William Scully Ltd., Montreal, Canada, Canada”

 

Normally the name of the province should appear first, like this:

 

“William Scully Ltd., Montreal, Quebec, Canada”
