Argentina coin. [solved]

I have this coin (or medal) from Argentina, but I don't know anything about it.

Thanks.

The face of this medal is similar to the Mapuche chile coin.

N#2845

And we read the date “1817” when José de San Martín assembled an argentine army to liberate Chile and Peru, a goal he finally achieved in 1820. The Mapuche both in Chile and Argentina played an important role during La Guerra a Muerte 1819-1820.

Then there is also Simón Bolívar

And the last possibilité could be José Gervasio Artigas, but it's unlikely.

Just some ideas …
