Difference Between KM#224.1 and KM#224.2 (Ottoman Egypt)

I am baffled by this one now when I was searching to get 224.1 example myself - trying to find a difference between the two. Except for the slight style difference on the rev, I cannot find any meaningful difference. Usually the weights differ, but not here. So just wondering why it's a sole post reform example where SCWC attributed a subnumber?


N.B.: Please note better example from .2 listed in sales is wrongly attributed - it's Constantinople.  Use the entry photo for comparison.

No idea, the Standard Catalog of World Coins doesn't give any explanation for the possible differences either...
