This seems to be strictly for the old legacy view, which I much prefer. When trying to input a coin from India, there are seemingly numerous duplicate lines. Switching over to the new setup, I see it is one line for 49.1 and one for 49.4 but that column is no longer showing up in the legacy view.
Not really a bug. When the reference numbers were moved from the year line comments to the new Reference column on the year lines the Legacy view would be crippled by loosing those references.

The next coin I input still had them. Why would some disappear and not others?
Because the transition from year line comments to reference in the year line is a manual operation and it takes time to migrate all of them.
