Mint error or PMD? [solved]

1967 U.S Roosevelt Dime, no mint mark. Need help identifying the errors/damage on obverse as well as reverse.

Environmental damage. How do you think the mint could discolor a coin?

BTW - does this look like your penny?  https://en.numista.com/forum/topic28647-5.html#p1190116 That's PMD also.

Was hoping to get more insight into the damage on the reverse.

Hard to tell from that picture. Could be a cud or PMD.

I have another one for review.  Is this a possible die break or cud error?  And what does that mean for potential value?

Sorry for the photos. I don't have a magnifier, etc., just my phone, so I took multiple photos to give different angles and lighting on it.

I think it's a 1965 D, but the year is so marred it's hard to be sure.  The 4th photo is probably…wait for it…the money shot.  It really makes the year damage clear, and to me it doesn't seem like it was PMD, cuz the numbers themselves look distorted, not scraped out.  But I truly don't know what I'm talking about.

Thanks for any advice!
