British Overseas Territories should NOT be under ‘United Kingdom’!

It is better to place those sections after British Crown Dependencies - for both ‘Banknotes’ & ‘Coins’.

Aidan.

According to Wikipedia, the BOT and Crown Dependencies are Dependent Territories. I wouldn't move BOT under Crown Dependencies since that is clearly defined as being compromised of Guernsey, Jersey, and Man.

“Do not meddle in the affairs of wizards, for they are subtle and quick to anger.”

The practice adopted for most countries with overseas territories is to have a common section for the whole country, containing distinct issuers for the homeland and the overseas territories.
The exact political status varies from one country to another, but you can see how it is done for France, Netherlands, Portugal, United States, etc. I don't see a reason to adopt a different approach for UK overseas territories.

Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man have a quite unique status, since they don't belong to the United Kingdom, so they were moved out of the section United Kingdom

@Xavier , British Overseas Territories are also not part of the U.K. either.

They are self-governing except for the following things;

Governors are always appointed by London - as they viceregally represent the King.

Defence is a matter for London.

Foreign affairs is also a matter for London as well.

Internal affairs are matters for the British Overseas Territories themselves.

The British Crown Dependencies have Lieutenant-Governors to viceregally represent the King.
