British colonial coin certification

Hi all,

 

I have the following coins from British overseas territories:

 

1. North Borneo 5 Cents 1938 (N#11951)

 

2. Cyprus 1 Shilling 1947 (N#4075)

 

 

Does it worth certifying either of these coins with NGC?
