Only the 1993 has NO DOT after the year! I checked my collection.
KM11 for all odd years have the inscription in Croatian
KM23 for all even years have the inscription in Latin
Maybe the dot on your 2007 coin is an after mint manipulation (erasing the dot)?

Year without the dot km11 for all odd years. And inscription of the bear in Croatian.
That doesn't seem correct. The picture on the coin page for KM# 11 is inscription of the bear in Croatian but with a dot after 2001.

Bizarre, I checked my collection and you're right. I should NOT have believed KM, I'll go back and edit.

I should NOT have believed KM
KM only mentions the difference in language of the inscription, no mentioning at all whether there is or isn't a dot after the date.

It's only the 1993, which has NO dot

Except the OP has a possible unknown variation for the 2007. So…variation….wear….filled die…?
Even the picture of two 2007's on the coin page has one with a pronounced dot and one with a very light dot so I'd suspect not a real variation.

It's not that very light:

… one with a pronounced dot and one with a very light dot …
Surely that refers to the coin on the right?

Yes.
Strange. You've literally said: “the picture on the coin page”, not the OP's picture.

I missed your previous comment. I was referring to the picture on the coin page. My “Yes” to ZacUK's comment was because I thought he reposted the picture on the coin page. My mistake.
