Help ID a 16mm bronze coin? Anglo-Saxon Sceat?

Thanks in advance for any help ID’ing this odd uniface 16mm 1.2g bronze (?) coin. It reminds me of an Anglo-Saxon ‘porcupine’ sceatta, but I don’t think that’s correct. Thoughts?
