I have a coin/token that I am looking for some information about, I have some clues but that is all.

Commemorative medal year of issue 1994 ? 

“Luxembourg-europa-zentrum”

 9,999 pieces issued by Bayerisches Münzkontor Göde silver content Ag 999

I got this information via AI, I have not seen this coin anywhere else and therefore cannot confirm this.

Who can provide me with more information?
